First of all so rude. I'm from out of town and needed to send a sign that weighed 3 oz. He used a recycled box from one of his deliveries, (charge me $3.50), then he wrapped up my sign and put it in the recycled box and asked "do you want to stuff it yourself?" but didn't wait for me to answer and proceeded. I let it go... he then charged me for $7 to put it in the BOX!!!!! Then he charge me a usage fee???!!!! The owner is RUDE!! HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS ..SAID HE MADE 120 AN HR SO HE WOULD NOT HELP ME IN MY REQUEST...WORST PLACE EVER!! THEN SIR GO DO YOR OTHER JOB...WAS HECKA RUDE TO HIS WIFE WHO UNFORTUNATELY HAS TO WORK WITH THIS TYRANT..WHO HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS...AVOID THIS PLACE....THEY RUDE
Allll bad. Dudes too busy working on graphic arts to acknowledge customers, and if all you need is a piece of tape a single piece of tape he will help you you have to buy an entire roll and then he'll tell you to take it to the post office yourself. Couple years ago someone different used to run this place it was much better
My family has done business with asa postal for years, then when David took over, the hours changed and eventually no more Saturdays. Other than that David keeps busy doing variety of services including car wrapping, fax and copies, mail boxes, logos on shirts and hats ect.
