I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but honestly, it's the best jewelry store, including those in Salem, New Hampshire, Chestnut Hill, and Square One Mall. Their service is fast and excellent; sometimes I get my repair jobs done the same day. I highly recommend all their stores to my friends and family. Even their gold prices are reasonable. Happy with all my purchases. Thank you ☺️

At the Chestnut Hill location, I had two watches cleaned and batteries replaced. They damaged my Ebel watch clasp and took it back to repair. When I went to retrieve it again, the clasp was still broken. They offered to get a new clasp and replace it at my expense, minus the labor. Instead, I took it to a reputable watch dealer and will have to pay either $300 for an aftermarket one or $650 for a new one.
