I came and saw Asa with an arthritic shoulder giving me trouble 90% of the time. I’m only 30 so I was quite concerned and looking for options rather than surgery. Asa has made me feel overall in much better help and given me confidence in my shoulder. With it feeling better than it’s been in years and restoring pain free life to me. I even managed to do 100kg deadlifts last week. I’m stoked, thanks Asa.
