Very poor quality work done. Used second materials lied said was brand new. Work fell apart in less than a month. Demands cash deposit. Takes 6 months renovate one small room. Plaster and drywall fell off the walls too. Did electric work that caused a fire. Do not hire this guy.
Sam provides excellent customer service, quick solutions, and a fair price. He is very responsive when called and shows up when he says he will. As a realtor, I refer Sam to my Sellers for their home improvement and repair needs.
I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.
