Went here with my girlfriend, was severely understaffed with the amount of people that were in attendance so it was hard to receive any help. To top it off when my girlfriend goes back to receive the pottery the staff there claimed they couldn’t find our items. Very upsetting since these were sentimental items for us.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Every time I go and I am treated with such kindness. I have a habit of going in by myself. And I always feel welcomed. Stephani, Danny, & andy are phenomenal... This is like my therapy.... It is very relaxing.. The atmosphere is always wonderful upbeat. They are doing such a good job. I come around twice a month...

The employee Becca was so helpful I will definitely go again, but I do think that some customers don’t respect how hard employees work there I was literally disgusted the abuse they the employees have to endure management should stick up for their workers. So if you go to have a fun time please be respectful because the world is understaffed and these ppl decided to show up.

My sister, her kids and their friends and I came here to celebrate my niece's birthday. My sister made a reservation ahead of time, which I highly recommend. There is an $8 fee per person to paint and then you have to pay separately for the actual object that you are going to paint. Painting the little figurine that I chose took longer than I thought it would, but I enjoyed it. The only reason I took two stars off was because the employee, Stephanie, was so rude.
