Was a great experience
I had a cranky 30 year-old double hung, vinyl clad Andersen. Sergei diagnosed the problems perfectly. It needed new balances & some realignment. He called when he said he would, showed up when scheduled, & did the job as efficiently as possible. He charged $450 less than my 1st estimate! He even showed me a safety hack about balances w/ partially open double hungs. I will call him for every other window problem in my house. I only wish he knew plumbing too.
