Took my dog in for a bath because he was itchy. He was there for hours. Upon picking him up I asked if he had fleas and was assured that he did not, but by the next morning, he was full of them. Called to find out what could have happened and spoke to a man who indicated he was the owner. Without asking my name, the dogs name or when he was there, he immediately became defensive, disrespectful and rude, insisting he must have had them when we brought him in or had gotten them elsewhere.
