I called for an estimate for a tow from Malibu to Thousand Oaks. The man asked me several questions, then asked about my vehicle. I said that I just wanted an estimate before I got into a lot of questions and he hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.
Definitely NOT as soon as possible. Took hours before guy showed up, but I am grateful he did.
Called these guys to come assist me and get me away from sand i was a couple of feet stuck on mud and they came right away with an amazing price and got my car right out, very friendly and professional people
