This shop is awesome! After 2 other shops were closed (for completely legit reasons), I tried this shop. called first and was told it was first-come first-served. was there in 5 minutes. They were just opening and I was the first in line. Took 10 minutes total. Cost one flat price (no extra "certificate" fee). I left there and went to Riverside AAA to get my tags. Hard to believe... took 1.5 hrs to get smog check, pick up tags, and was back in my garage. The reason... this awesome shop.
