Great location. Went in for a smog check but I had foolishly gotten an oil change the day before. Told me exactly what I needed to do so they could retest. Super helpful and knowledgeable.
Quick and easy smog check. Eric helped me out, he was super nice, friendly, and worked fast. He said it would take about 10 minutes, but it didn't even feel that long.
Eric provided an excellent experience. I called the day before to ask if they opened before 7:30, He mentioned he would arrive early to accommodate my schedule . which made it much easier for me. I really appreciate his professionalism, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Eric!!!!
Called ahead, specified year and model, and was given a quote. On my arrival, the attendant stated that he didn't like working on "small cars" and refused to do the test. Seemed inexplicably hostile.
