I talked to Johnny on the phone before taking my car there. He has excellent telephone skills, excellent customer service and fast service. Very likable guy. I highly recommend this shop.
This shop raises the bar on not just technical knowledge, not just customer service, but for an overall customer experience! I've been told that they're soon going to start a registration service; and I plan to go back there instead of waiting in line at the DMV. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all my friends and family!
