Great service dept. My bike runs so much better!
The clutch adjustment was set at about 3/10's of a mm instead of 2-3 mm. In addition the chain adjustment was off by nearly 1/4 of an inch side to side. Kind of makes me wonder what else was done inaccurately. Honestly I was pretty disappointed given the time and expense. All the people involved from start to finish were so helpful and so knowledgeable, and it was a great buying experience. Now don’t expect to go in there and buy a bike and drive out the door in an hour. It doesn’t work like that. It takes as long as it takes. But they’re absolutely the best people to work with and I think the service department is also gonna be exceptionable.
Every time I come here - great people, perfect Service.
