Melvin and his crew have gone completely downhill. They cut our lawn for several years, then without warning stopped showing up. Melvin wouldn’t return our calls or texts for 4 weeks straight until we had no choice but to hire someone else. Then Melvin came by and asked us to give him another chance. Out of kindness and loyalty we did. Huge mistake. He again has been a no-show again for 3 weeks. Melvin used to be reliable, now he can’t be trusted to follow through on his commitments. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
