Very fast. A little to fast, does not seem thorough in his inspection. Ended up correcting an issue in the system on his first visit but then coming back after a water issue remained he then suggested it was something else that was then not covered by insurance. Disappointing since it is hard to tell if a more thorough inspection (maybe opening the unit) would have identified a root cause.

What can i say? Ruben and his crew is top notch!! from the beginning, Ruben answered his call immediately and i explained the emergency of my situation. He made time to check my system and diagnose my issues. some other companies would immediately go for the wallet. Not this company.
