I live over an hour away and I still come to this office because Dr. De La Cruz is the best doctor I have ever had. He is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything you may need to know. He is friendly and again he is very smart, he knows his stuff. It is a busy office and you may have to wait but in my opinion he is a doctor who is worth the wait.

Mal servicio al cliente, la secretaria es grosera, no deja que los pacientes terminen la oración; y deja la llamada en pausa por largo tiempo; si contratarán personal profesional con ética y que sean amables fuera un éxito. No recomiendo este lugar!
Siempre que iba me hacían esperar más de una hora y media a veces 2 horas y era con cita no respetan el tiempo de los pacientes, ponen a muchos pacientes al mismo tiempo
