Just had my electrical box moved from interior to exterior. These guys were on time, super thoughtful ,polite and did a fantastic job. Zero mess after having to cut bricks ,go through walls. The invoice was reasonable and we had zero issues with work permits etc. would highly recommend them for any electrical job. This is the second time we have used them and both experiences were really good.
Disappointing experience. Dropped off an item for repair. Despite several emails, it was 6 months before I got my item back only to find it hadn't been repaired. Turns out they'd not put my details with my item so no one knew who's it was but no one was replying to my emails either in that time. The quote was expensive just to rewire something very straightforward and basic so I was kind of happy to go elsewhere anyway. Just annoyed it took so many months and lots of my time for nothing. Definitely not 24hr service. I'm in a rental and have a hard wired smoke + house alarm which was beeping every 30 seconds, tried to contact the emergency number given to me by my real estate for over 30mins with no answer, so looked up any other 24hr electrician and called this place. Was asked what time it was and my location then told "nah im not coming out". We had to leave our home and stay elsewhere....Very unhelpful, rude and would not recommend to ANYONE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND RCBO ELECTRICAL, they helped me in a heartbe... read more
