Calvin went above and beyond to help me. He happily took my call late in the day and tried to help me over the phone, all the while with a very professional and caring attitude. He saved me a service call and resolved my issue. Excellent customer service !! I would highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely call them again, whenever necessary. Thank you!!

Adrian, help me out late evening on New Year’s Eve. Adrian was the only electrician I called who picked up. Moreover he spent half an hour talking me through some tests as I was comfortable with a meter. His recommendation to call Ontario Hydro was wise. I asked how much he needed me to send him for his time and he declined. I highly recommend Adrian for his patience, professionalism and consideration given it was late evening on New Year’s Eve. Thank you once again, Adrian.

We were very happy with Chris, will definitely recommend to others. Chris fixed our sauna in one day. When our sauna was originally installed, it was wired incorrectly. Chris came up with efficient way of fixing the wiring without breaking walls - I was really impressed. In addition, Chris spotted incorrect breaker used for sauna on the main electrical board and fixed it too - this one is preventing fire. You can only imagine how grateful we are for this one.
