I purchased a trailer from this company in the good faith of it having a VIN and title. Initially the seller offered to give me a salvage title and was certain that there was a VIN for the trailer. I asked to return the trailer due to the problems incurred (no VIN, title, hitch welded crooked)and he said he would refund my money. This company will not return my calls nor messages.
