Whoever answered the phone is rude and disrespectful. Mmmhhmmmmmm is not an acceptable answer or comment when you want to PAY THEM FOR LESSONS. Stupid and arrogant is what you come off as. Ignorance at its best.

Andrew Traub and his team do an amazing job, not only with their catering but also with their cooking classes and team-building events. Their food is amazing, and you'll be a hit with your guests in choosing A&S Culinary to supply what you need for that next party or gathering.
This is a great venue for team building event. We had a great time cooking a gourmet meal, picked up some cooking tips from the chefs, and had leftovers to take home. The whole staff were so personable.
This past weekend I attended a fundraising event at A&S Culinary Concepts and it was so much fun! We divided into three teams to make quite a spread of appetizers, the main entree (proteins, sides, salad) and desserts. Everything was delicious. The team at A&S Culinary Concepts designed a tasty menu that was fun and easy, for all cooking and grilling skill levels. I would highly recommend looking them up for catering, classes and fundraising events. YUM.
