Avoid avoid avoid. Rude to customers. Pack some Advil cause you will definitely have a headache dealing with them. Never felt a more unprofessional experience. We were late to wedding, every girl had their makeup ruined, guys had their suits and shirts messed up. A couple of smart people in our party left the limo early and took an Uber. The rest regetted continuing our trip. The owner threatened to throw us out in middle of highway when we complained. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible business. Booked the QX limo for 13 people for $600. Anthony sent us the Porsche which we stuffed into like sardines. Did not notify us of the change. He said he thought we booked the Chrysler so he sent us a Porsche which was nicer than what we ordered. Then he said the QX broke down the night before. Completely different stories. On top of that, the AC is not working and it is 90 degrees today. He offered us an 18 passenger ford limo and said the AC would be good. Dear Anthony. I want to write a huge thank you for making my Birthday the most unforgettable! I felt like a queen in your limousine! Your company Black Tie Limousines and your driver Michael(I apologize if I made a mistake in the name) have done everything that this day I and my friends have memorized forever! Anthony, I was very pleased to have business with you. And if I or my friends need a limo again, we will only go to your company. Thank you so much, Anthony.
