This store has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would rather order my hair products online than patronize a store who doesn’t value their customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

In all my time living in Alex City I’ve never had a problem at this place. I was here visiting and needed a few things before I left town. The older man that worked there on today 12/6/24 was very rude 0/10 do not recommend. They also don’t have a variety of products and if you don’t buy anything he acts as if he has an attitude.
