Terrible Builders- Cut Corners left and right, and today found out that they installed a water heater that is ten years old, into a new home- that now we need to replace, after living here for 4 years. If you are interested in having to fight and constantly chase them down for answers and to do the right thing, then yes definitely work with them. Otherwise- run.
