I purchased a new home from Arzuman Brothers and experienced numerous issues throughout the construction process. Now, I’m facing the added frustration of discovering that they are unwilling to honor their warranties, ranging from costly plumbing problems to significant exterior stucco defects. Warranties are a vital part of any new home purchase, and it's deeply disappointing when a contractor fails to stand behind their work.
