From my experience I cannot recommend this firm. They seemed interested during the intake process. They based this on my habitability issue of raw sewage entering my apartment and the fact that the city had found my landlords to be harassing me on 4 separate occasions but even though I presented over 50 pages of documentation and 50+ texts and photos they said it was not enough to prove the habitability issue even though the harassment issue was an in the bag done deal!
