I had a very negative experience with this flower shop. I ordered peonies that were advertised on their website with a beautiful photo, but what I actually received was completely different. The flowers were not fresh, of poor quality, and the arrangement was tasteless and aesthetically unpleasing. I tried contacting the shop to express my dissatisfaction, but they ignored me. Absolutely the best flower shop in Chicago! A-Flowers prepared everything right on time and even upgraded the bouquet with no extra charge. The flowers were incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged. Customer service was excellent - friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making the experience special. Highly recommend!
Jovanny and sitlaly was very helpful and prices are very affordable… check them out they have a lot of different things .. I will definitely be back
