Just a terrible experience all around. First, I tried to set an appointment and was told I wasn't in the system when I'm under the same medical group and someone would call me back tomorrow. 2 weeks go by and heard from nobody. Then, I call back with no answer so I leave a voicemail. I receive no response so I call back and finally get someone. They schedule an appointment for ~10 days out which is fine. An exceptional doctor with a pleasant demeanor, he takes the necessary time to thoroughly explain matters without hurry, making you feel heard and understood. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of a urologist. Truly one of a kind!
Wonderful doctor and person. Explains everything about needed surgery. I find him a great surgeon.
