Professional, to the point and problem solved.
Dr. Gorenstein is the smartest guy and best doctor. He is a wonderful person.
The office staff and Doctors are less than personable to say the least. I'm pretty sure they are instructed to not smile. Personality goes a long way. Over the past 2 years I've visited for regular appointments as well as allergy treatment totaling 20+ visits. I missed two appoints when we went out of town and they sent a letter stating they'll no longer treat me. I should have called as soon as I realized I missed the appts but the ratio is ridiculous. Glad to be done.
A very good doctor!
Over an hour wait for scheduled appointment time. Very difficult to obtain an appointment. Dr spends less than 10 minutes with patients. Dr has very little communication with patient and parents during visit.
