Dr. Modasi is awesome. He performed hernia surgery on me on the 14th of April 2026. I won't lie, I was sore as hell and in a lot of pain when I woke up but I healed amazingly fast. I am almost 60yrs old and my incisions (4 of them) were healed in 8 or 9 days, by my 3 week follow up, they were practically non existent. I did what he told me, I was up walking and moving the day of my surgery and haven't stopped I am 5 days away from the end of my 6 week recovery and restrictions. I couldn't be happier and thankful. I went to Dr. Modasi as a second opinion. As a young person, I have had a lot of medical issues starting at birth. I am now a registered nurse and I don't tend to just tell health care providers because why should I? I Have seen the difference of treatment when I tell health care providers I am a registered nurse and not. It's very unfortunate the difference of care I receive. Dr. Modasi is the best surgeon we have ever met. He is relatively young but possess an "old soul" that is full of knowledge, experience and empathy. He did a Pancreatic Whipple surgery on my husband and it could not have gone better. As we are in our late 70s', we have had a few surgeries and Dr. Modasi is the BEST.
I had a billing issue and DR. Modasi jumped in and took care of the issue very quickly.
I met Dr. Modasi after ER assessment for gallbladder removal at Scottsdale Shea. He was caring, thoughtful and informed me of treatment options. We proceeded with the procedure and he and his team did a great job throughout my recovery. I’m so grateful he was available to take care of me!
