I patronized this establishment, under false pretense I was told that I was told I would be able to receive a certain service. The stylist Katrina although told by her boss to do complete the service later relayed she had not ever attempted to do this particular service. The stylist agreed to fix my hair but momentarily after she rescended her offer. I will post pics shortly in way of showing you that the word one here is not acceptable. Tried twice and was happy with both haircuts. Very convenient if you work in Bridgeton/Earth City. Easy to book appointments. He takes his time but does not take too long. Maybe 20 minutes for a men's cut, no shampoo.
