Most horrendous “construction” corporation I’ve ever had to encounter. Imagine waiting 45 minutes with 15 cars lined up for 4 big trucks to come and turn around. Then when you finally get though you’re stopped again for a truck to cross and back up. The signer even changed his mind once someone honked. Then you get stopped AGAIN on the same stretch for a truck to be watered? Something that could’ve easily been passable with a hint of competency when linging up trucks. You thought they were done?
