This place is great! I had a stroke 10 months ago leaving the left side of my body weakened. After months of physical therapy I've regained most of my range of motion on my left side but I lost a lot of strength, leaving the left side of my body feeling weak. I've been going to ARX, working with James, for the only 3 weeks and have already noticed an increase in strength. The workout he designed has helped strengthen both sides of my body.
