Ryan Briggs is amazing! We weren’t sure the wall our contractor removed was a load bearing wall so we contacted Ryan. He took the tine to pull the county records of our 16 year old home we just bought and researched the load bearing design of the house, and concluded we were fine which definitely helped us sleep at night! Whenever we have questions he’s prompt to reply and very courteous. We would highly recommend him and will be using him again if circumstances arise. Thank you Ryan!!!
I called Ryan Briggs from Arx Engineering for a quote on a home structural inspection and he asked me about the symptoms and background of my problems. After explaining my issues to him he recommended that I first talk to a geotechnical engineer as it was critical to address any potential on-going settling issues before conducting a structural inspection.
