I had a really great experience with this dr. She spent a lot of time with me, listened to me & gave me good advice. The report came to my email swiftly as did the referrals she recommended. I hope I don’t need to see another dr for a long time but if I do I will look forward to it being her.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mohr! After seeing the same MD for 14 years I was concerned when my employer changed providers. I was so pleased at how attentive to details of my health history and we talked about providers I could see in Eugene for specialist since I am unable to get off work to get to Salem for many of the Kaiser providers. She talked about follow up care in the future. I tell everyone about my great experience with Dr. Mohr and all the staff at the 13th Street office.
I seen her for a rash and after looking at me for a second, and without asking any questions determined I had scabies and left promptly. She sent the nurse in with a prescription and i didnt even get to ask her any questions. I left.feeling embarrassed and like she couldnt get out of the room quick enough. They werent itching, hive like bumps,so i took my infant to his dr to be safe. His dr gave me more time and looked me over more than my own dr did. He agreed it wasnt likely to be scabies.
I had a very similar experience to Jane D. I wonder if Jane is also a Trillium (OHP) patient, because that would explain why half of these reviews are five star and the rest are one. I hope that KP members who pay for their insurance aren't being treated like this. She seemed more concerned about my reproductive health than my actual concerns. I also got a passive aggressive response when I expressed my concern in the messaging system, basically ignoring what I had said in the previous message.
This was my second visit with Dr. Mohr in the downtown Eugene office. She came in, sat down and really listened to my concerns. She spent more than probably the allowed time with me. I left the office feeling better than when I went in and I left feeling like I was heard and well cared for. Thank you!

I came in concerned about a list of symptoms I've been experiencing for years. After summary report was very inaccurate. Treated severe abdominal pain, lack of appetite, weight loss, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, trouble sleeping, joint pain with Prilosec OTC. Focused only on minor issues and not my pain at all. After telling her the Prilosec didn't effect me at all she just doubled my dosage and sent me out the door. Emailed her to espress dissapointment and received passive aggressive response
