I’m not a patient but my grandmother and mother was. Highly recommend him for patients that need complex care. He’s caring, very knowledgeable and is great with communicating with the appropriate family members in regards to their loved ones care management. I am forever grateful for his service.
I transferred to Dr Vocal with him coming highly recommended from my best friend when my long term PCP who had been treating me almost half my life, switched specialties which meant I could no longer keep her. . I am a complex patient and not easy to treat and was devastated to lose my long term PCP, but Dr. Vocal is a brilliant, patient and compassionate physician. Absolutely positive experience! Doctor Vocal is a very attentive, patient, very kind and very knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, and doesn’t make you feel like you are being rushed. Dr. Arvin always put me at ease, made me feel comfortable and also make me feel like I am his only patient.
We feel like we have finally landed with our complex care needs. We are so grateful to have Dr Vocal... our path and future may be complicated but we finally feel like we are not alone.
He's not your typical 15 minute Doctor he takes his time to listen and understand what you are going through. He keeps up with medical research to help figure out your medical issues and he orders the right testing and understands the results. I was referred to him by one of the top rheumatoid arthritis Doctor in MN he told me that Dr, Vocal and Bates are one of the two smartest Doctor that he knows.
