Leased Arville a commercial property. Many late payments. Had him build a fence on property for a couple months free rent requested a receipt on many occasions never received. He fell further and further behind on rent.i tried working with him. He had excuse after excuse. He promised me many times. Finally he moved out 3 months behind.
