Bought our hot tub during a recent sale and had a great experience. Autum helped us through the process and unlike other local stores, took as much time as we needed to find the right hot tub. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. Arvidson even has full tubs in their St. Charles store you can try out before you buy. This was very helpful as the tub we were going to buy had a design feature we did not like that you would only catch if you sat in a full tub. You should only buy a hot tub here. The customer service is unbelievable. I bought a hot tub from a company in a different state and was very unhappy with the customer service. I went here for all my chemicals and everything for that hot tub when that hot tub bit the dust I got a hot tub from here and the difference is immense autumn is amazing Alex was a huge help and very thorough

We have onlyone dealer and service for Artesian spa in the area a D they are so bad! I contacted Artesia. Spa and thay can do anything a out that My advice is not to buy Artesian spa and deal with American Sales !!!!!! Save your self a problems!!!¡
