You should only buy a hot tub here. The customer service is unbelievable. I bought a hot tub from a company in a different state and was very unhappy with the customer service. I went here for all my chemicals and everything for that hot tub when that hot tub bit the dust I got a hot tub from here and the difference is immense autumn is amazing Alex was a huge help and very thorough

Arvidson’s in St Charles is AWESOME!!!!! Autumn is truly THE BEST!!!!! I don’t know what I would do without her!!!! She has helped me countless times and has spent numerous hours with me. She is SO patient with me and really takes the time so I understand. Don’t know what I’d do without her!!!!
