My family and I had an excellent experience with Arvian Law throughout our entire immigration journey, from our EB-1A petition to the approval of our I-485 applications. Our case became very challenging after we received a NOID, but Attorney Vitalii Maliuk and his team prepared an outstanding response that led to the approval of all our cases. I highly recommend Arvian Law to anyone looking for an immigration law firm they can truly trust.
I engaged Arvian Law, specifically Yuliia Alekseeva and Maksym Chernenko, for an H-1B employer transfer. The experience was exceptionally poor. Communication was unreliable throughout the process, with long periods of silence and ignored follow-ups. When the case concluded with an unfavorable outcome, I requested basic documentation and receipts for my records. Despite multiple attempts over several weeks, I received no response.
