Completely incompetent. Absolutely failed to obtain any results despite my bending over backwards to provide all requested information and my unquestionable ability to qualify for a loan. Her supervisor, Christopher, was equally incompetent and, additionally, was rude and condescending. I finally terminated their services and went with another lender who, in one month, did was Sara and Arvest failed to do in several months. She almost cost me my home. Stay away.
Sara is a phenominal mortgage lender. I would suggest her to amyone looking for the best mortgage origination and servicing!
