Pulled up to the drive through and didn’t even get greeted. Put a bunch of small bills in the chute so I could exchange them for larger bills and also withdraw more money. They didn’t say a word, deposited my money and sent me the deposit slip and my cards back…. What the heck, yall could’ve at least asked. That was not what I needed to do 🤦♀️ same story, different business, where’s the customer service in this town.
ATM is in a great spot. Staff is friendly and they offer members great resources such as notary services. Arvest even helped me charge back an order that never shipped over two years ago (common for made-to-order statues) which really surprised me. Very happy customer. No fees checking account for 8+ years. Edit: Oh and the app is great and transfers are easy and so is cashing a check through the camera.
