Have always been very attentive. I am in and out quickly.
Google says they are open on Tuesday afternoon, but after arriving they are closed. When trying to call any Arvest bank they all send you through a automated 1-800 system, very frustrating.
I've been a customer of Arvest since they were State Federal S&L. They became State Bank and either changed to or were bought by Arvest. They have been a great bank to handle personal and business banking. With COVID, understandably they had to alter hours and are even closing this particular branch due to lower traffic and slowing growth on this side of town. Wanted to charge me $5 to cash my paycheck. I would understand if the check wasn't through them, but it's their flipping check.
