Dear arvest, not just this branch- I have the upmost hate for you right now.. there is no human being to talk to on the 24/7 account customer service! If there is then I apologize but I have been trying to call multiple times in the past hour to report fraud and no one is available to talk. I hate talking to a god damn robot! I'm in a different country and can't use my phone unless I'm around Wi-Fi so I have no choice but to call I can't just get on the website and get help whenever I need it.. you guys really suck..
