I own a lawn care and landscaping business here in Norman. I have a commercial account with Chase, but I usually don’t deposit residential checks there — I simply cash them at the client’s bank. For the past 2 years, I’ve been going to this same bank, cashing the same types of checks, and dealing with the same employees without any issues. Tellers and branch managers don't know banking guidelines. I would not recommend banking here.
The tellers at Arvest have always been very caring, considerate and helpful. I enjoy banking here.
