I previously banked with Arvest Bank about seven years ago and recently decided to come back—and I’m so glad I did. Arvest truly is one of the best banks, and the customer service confirms why. Maggie, who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out and made my return to Arvest an easy decision. Thank you, Maggie, for such a great experience!
I came in with a request that was quite a bit outside of my normal banking needs. Lauren and her team were incredibly friendly and professional the entire time. They were able to take care of my needs and make the overall experience quite pleasant.

I would NOT bank with Arvest if you are thinking about doing so, especially if you are doing business. They will place a hold on every check you deposit for 2 weeks, EVERY TIME, regardless. And then they will speak to you like you don't know how checks work and go around in circles trying to explain why they have to, when they do not. It's their choice. I bank with 3 other establishments and no other bank will hold money like Arvest does. It should not be legal.
Maggie at this branch was so wonderful! We opened an account and had other questions and set ups. She was so calm and willing to explain to make sure I understood. She took her time and made this such a pleasant experience. Thank you, Maggie! You are amazing and we were so happy to have you help us with our account!
