Wonderful care for our 4-legged family-members! Dr. Carpenter has been an extremely caring and compassionate veterinarian for our pets over the years. He spends as much time as necessary to explain medical procedures and afterwards keeps in touch to answer any questions I might still have. I believe they are reasonably priced for such a high quality care hospital (they have wonderful equipment, even an incubator!) The front staff is also very friendly and easy to work with! Great veterinary hospital!
Fantastic Vet Hospital! Every vet tech and vet that we have seen at Arvada West has been wonderful. They are very loving of our 2 dogs and they take the necessary time to explain everything and make sure we are comfortable with every treatment. They understand that our pets are part of our family. The facility is very clean and I would recommend this veterinary hospital to any pet owner!
Friendly & Knowledgeable I have been going to see Dr Carpenter for about 12 years, he is very genuine & a great vet. I recently took our latest addition (another Shi Tzu) and wasn't able to see Dr Carpenter, so Dr Shafer checked her for us. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Shafer also, I would recommend seeing either Dr Carpenter or Dr Shafer for your animals. I was not as pleased with visits with the other vet and would personally wait for an appt with either of these two.
Welcoming and knowledgeable! This veterinary office is new and clean in appearance both on the outside and inside. The receptionist staff is helpful and friendly, and it is easy to get an appointment as there are several veterinarians on staff. The unusual thing about this office is that you can "pick" the veterinarian you want by their "style". The intake receptionist asks you if you prefer a doctor that will explain everything in detail for you, or if you prefer a "tell me just the basics and the jist of it" doctor! Parkin... read more
