The Dr I was originally seeing one day was no longer there, there was another Assistant that took over, very nice very but I had to Start all over with all the health issues I'm suddenly having kind of a pain in the middle of treatments to end up with someone new. I love my doctor and the staff Dr Ali is so caring and takes the time to listen to your problem I would recommend her.
After being clients for 3 years, the experience at Arvada West has never been so poor. The employee turnover is extremely high, and I’ve seen a complete turnover 3 times in the past 2 years. The staff is mean and rude and unwelcoming. When you come to the front desk, no one greets you and they type on their computers silently ignoring you, no eye contact even though you’re standing right there and say “Hi, excuse me.” Unfortunately, this has happened the last 5 visits.
