While visiting from out of state, had a potential serious issue with my Santa Fe. As I was on a strict time line, they got me in and quickly diagnosed the problem. When you are away from home, it's great to find people who will go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend this business.
Didn't stick to their word. My truck was overheating on the way through Denver, needing to get home I was in search of a shop to get me taken care of ASAP. I called them, explained my situation and they said they could get me taken care of the next day. So I to booked a hotel near them for the night. That cost $300. I put all my eggs in one basket thinking they would take care of me. I showed up they took my keys and said they would look at it when they had time. I had an appointment for a routine oil change, but noticed some white smoke emitting from the hood about a week before my appointment. I emailed about my situation and they were extremely responsive and friendly. They were able to get me in sooner to check on the problems. They were very straight forward with the issues, and had a quick turnaround. Overall, they had great communication, were very friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable/reliable. I wish I had found them sooner!
