Cannot say enough about Sergei - I had a special request for a family for a very very tough product. He worked from Sept 2025 to Feb 2026 and submitted to Medicaid, and worked with denials for 6 months. We were unable to get the product at this time (Medicaid denials, definitely not from lack of effort) but the amount of work he put in for this family was unbelievable, communication updates to me are consistent so I can report to the family.
