Great service and customer service. Highly recommend them. They are an honest mechanic
Car overheated right after leaving work. They came out, pressure tested the system, found a cracked thermostat housing, replaced it same day, filled coolant, and waited to make sure no more leaks. I was back driving the next morning without any problems. Really glad I didn’t have to tow it to a shop.
My first appointment was a no show. Finally a guy came out to access my car...said he would get the part and come back the next day but never called or showed up. I messaged him and he then said it will take a few days to get the part and he will contact me when the part is in but after a week I ordered the part myself. I told him the part is in and asked when he would like to do the repair he said tomorrow. It is now tomorrow and he said he was on his way to my house 3 hours ago! Very shady guy.
Flakey, got stood up 2 days in a row - even after calling/texting about the job and saying he’d be here. Do not trust.
The mechanic fixed my car in the driveway while I worked from home, which was incredibly convenient and allowed me to stay productive.
