The followmyhealth patient portal is so annoying. I don't want another app, just let me call and schedule and appointment. Tried to sign up for app and it's been a total pain. Waited on the phone for over an hour to talk to someone at the office.
If I could give them a zero I would… how long are you going to tolerate the toxic behavior in that office?! Unprofessional and illegal practices. PHI & HIPPA laws are consistently broken. Front staff speak openly about people’s diagnosis, mock impairments & disabilities while patients are waiting to be seen. Been coming here for my yearly physical for a few years. This year I got charged a small out of pocket that should be 100% covered by insurance. I have called their billing and their office for over a month now. No one calls me back. Every time I call they say it’s billing’s issue. Billing says its an office issue. At this point I will probably end up eating the out of pocket and just find a new office and stop wasting my time.
The doctor didn't care. When I walked in I was a number to get through as quickly as possible. I had to come into the office so my birth control prescription would be refilled (I've been on birth control for 10 years, I've never had a doctor require me to physically come into the office every year as this doctor does to get refills for this).
