Out of my own personal lucky experience I have been able to find a job and now my life's turning around and you just have to update them every year on your current situation and I was blessed with an amazing apartment due to amazing people and couldn't ask for anything more.
I have been flooded now almost 2 weeks lived with sewage back up clogged pipes broken down appliances. I can't get anyone from this place to respond back or do anything to the property I currently live at that has denied me maintenance. My so called PIP person I have sent multiple emails to and pictures and nothing is being done. I have ended up with a skin bacteria from stagnant water breathing in mold. Nobody there knows how to pick up a phone or return a phone call?!...... And I'm one of their clients they're supposed to be what the heck are the phones in their office even doing then...... Fancy paperweight maybe????.... In my voucher expires 3 days after Christmas 2023
