I've only had pleasant and helpful experiences with the staff and maintenance. I like everything about my actual apartment- it all works well and is maintained regularly. Everything is as you would expect for the price and rent and charges have always been fair. You should know that this is a non-smoking complex which in practical terms means that everyone leaves their apartment to smoke so they will constantly be smoking right into your front door and windows.
