The owner who is in charge of the equipment ( weld and fab) is a complete kook!! A liar, a fake and a fraud! The only thing that is important to the weirdo is his image. This place was a disaster, Im an experienced equipment operator, this company always hires equipment operators with zero experience to save money. The foreman Marcus always threatens to fire me because everything was my fault. Sorry munchkin not my fault this company can't afford to hire experienced equipment operators. Maybe you should follow the yellow brick road and start your own construction company. You can hire the experienced equipment operators you want problem solved.
